Joseph Candito has been practicing law since November, 1986. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton and holds a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from the School of Applied Behavorial Sciences and Educational Leadership at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Mr. Candito is a member of the Ohio State and Cincinnati Bar Associations.  In addition to his law practice, Mr. Candito has presided as Magistrate for three of the Mayor's Courts in the Tri-County area since 1999. As Magistrate, Mr. Candito hears cases involving misdemeanor criminal and traffic matters.
